Requirements for Dangote Cement Recruitment 2025

Interested candidates for any of the above role should meet these requirements

Safety Officer

First degree or its equivalent in Health Safety and Environmental Management or related discipline.
Membership of relevant safety institutes e.g. the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Silo Attendant

Trade Test 1,2,3
SSCE with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
Basic knowledge of the cement production process.
Working knowledge of the cement packing machines/ functions and procedures

Shift Supervisor

OND or it’s equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

Quality Assurance Sampler

SSCE with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good knowledge of laboratory terminology and equipment

Mechanical fitter

ND or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
Zero (0) to four (4) years of work experience.

Assistant Manager Instrumentation

Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent in Mechanical or Instrument/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of twelve (12) years experience in a related field.

Automobile Mechanic

Trade Test 1 + 8 years experience
Knowledge of repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Assistant Manager

HND/B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) + 12 Years’ Experience
Good communication skill
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
Good Leadership Quality
