Requirements for Dangote Cement Recruitment 2024

Interested candidates for any of the above role should meet these requirements

Safety Officer

• First degree or its equivalent in Health Safety and Environmental Management or related discipline. 
• Membership of relevant safety institutes e.g. the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Silo Attendant

• Trade Test 1,2,3
• SSCE with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of the cement production process.
• Working knowledge of the cement packing machines/ functions and procedures

Shift Supervisor

• OND or it’s equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.

Quality Assurance Sampler

• SSCE with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of laboratory terminology and equipment

Mechanical fitter

• ND or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Zero (0) to four (4) years of work experience.

Assistant Manager Instrumentation

• Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent in Mechanical or Instrument/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years experience in a related field.

Automobile Mechanic

• Trade Test 1 + 8 years experience
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance of vehicles.

• HND/B.Sc. (Mining Engineering) + 12 Years’ Experience
• Good communication skill
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office
• Good Leadership Quality
