Compliance Officer
As a leader in his discipline, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Ensure Company is conducting its business in full compliance with all national and international laws, business practices, and internal standards.
- Develop internal company policies and see that they are respected.
- Make sure the organization has a clearly defined program for complying with the country’s laws.
- Constantly report on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
- Take action in dealing with non-compliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliance situations.
- Developing company compliance communications and communicating with employees and making sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.
- Create and coordinate proper reporting channels for compliance issues.
- Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training for employees.
- Perform other duties as may be required.
Project Manager M/F
- Bac +5 training, you have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar function.
- You have a good knowledge of the Oil&Gas market (upstream/downstream), as well as a good technical and financial culture.
- Good knowledge in managing complex projects and accounts will be appreciated.
- Endowed with good interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to convince, you are results-oriented with a spirit of initiative and teamwork.
- Experience in expatriation and more particularly in Nigeria is a plus.
- Mastery of English is indispensable.
- 10 years or more work experience

Senior Electrical Engineer H/F
- BSc. Engineering degree in Electrical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years experience working with electrical plant and equipment within an Oil and gas or
- Petrochemical environment.
- Good knowledge of electrical HV and LV systems.
- Technical reporting, good mathematical skills, and basic computer software skills.
- Offshore experience mandatory
