The Kaduna state government recently announced the commencement of fresh recruitment for Kaduna state post primary school board teachers in the state. According to the state teachers board, the state government has approved the recruitment of 10,000 new teachers to cover all schools in the state since there was a need to increase the number of teachers and also fill vacancies that exist as a result of the retirement and death of some teachers. Hence, the portal for applications has just been opened.

Requirements for Kaduna State SUBEB Teachers Recruitment
Interested candidates for this recruitment are to meet the following requirements;
- A minimum of Nigeria Certificate in Education (N.C.E.) from any
accredited Educational Institution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B. Ed, B.A. Ed, B.Sc. Ed, B.Tech. Ed.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Education in any discipline from a reputable University. Other non-education based Bachelor’s Degrees or HND are acceptable on condition that successful candidates will enroll and provide a Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) or Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) within the probationary period of 2 years.
- Applicants must have an NYSC discharge or Exemption certificate for graduates.
- Applicants must not be above 50 years old as at the time of application
- Applicants must be Computer literate and have a functioning email
- Registration with the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage. However, successful candidates who do not have TRCN certificate must provide it within the two (2) years probation period
