Landscaper

• Applicants should hold an OND in a relevant discipline
• Applicants should have a minimum of 1-3 years of cognate working experience (Post NYSC) in a similar role for a Property / Real Estate Company. Property experiences essential, either in residential or commercial
• Applicants must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
• Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.
• High attention to detail
• Good stamina and physical health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer

• Applicants should hold BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Applicants should have minimum of 3 years experience with at least 2 years of site experience.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.
• Experience in luxury Apartments / projects
• Experience in multiple ME works: generators, Panels, Pumps, Plumbing, Power Systems, AC Systems, Lifts.
• Engineering calculations
