Landscaper
- Applicants should hold an OND in a relevant discipline
- Applicants should have a minimum of 1-3 years of cognate working experience (Post NYSC) in a similar role for a Property / Real Estate Company. Property experiences essential, either in residential or commercial
- Applicants must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Strong knowledge of pest management and basic lawn maintenance.
- High attention to detail
- Good stamina and physical health.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills

Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
- Applicants should hold BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Applicants should have minimum of 3 years experience with at least 2 years of site experience.

- Experience in multiple ME works: generators, Panels, Pumps, Plumbing, Power Systems, AC Systems, Lifts.
- Engineering calculations
