Requirements for Abia State School of Nursing, Amachara 2025

All prospective students of the School of Nursing Amachara, are required to meet some requirements in order to qualify to purchase the school admission form and the requirements include;

Requirements for Basic Programmes

• The candidate must not be pregnant 
• You must be between the age of 18-35 years old.
• Candidate should have 5 O’level credit passes which must include; English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, etc

Requirements for Post Basic Programmes

• All candidates are to meet the above requirements and must have also completed their basic programme.
• Candidates should be 18 years and above(35 years limit does not apply here)

How to Buy Abia State School of Nursing Admission Form 2025

All prospective students are to visit the school secretariate to purchase the form and also process the form. You can also purchase the form from the Nursing Service Department, Ministry of Health, Nnamdi Azikiwe, secretariat.  

Note: You are advised not to buy the form online because of the high rate of scammers targeting schools of nursing forms in general. 

Price of Abia State School of Nursing Admission Form

The price of the form is usually between N6,000 – N10,000 As at last year the form was sold for N7,000 but in 2025, the price may likely add which is why you should budget up to N10,000.

Commencement Date for Sales of Abia State School of Nursing Form, Amachara 2025

The sales of form in the school usually start sometime in March and end in April or May while the entrance examination hold in May. The admission list is released in July/August of the same year.
