General Requirements for Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme
- The application is open to literates, semi-literates, and non-literates
- Applicant should and must be able and willing to learn

The federal government is doing a very lucrative programs to help the youth to be independent,God bless Nigeria. And God bless the President federal republic of Nigeria.
Pls registration page does not show up.And where else can we pick the form different from Abuja.
You can try checking your local government office to know if they have any as some persons has reported to have been able to get the form in their LGA.
