Bananas give an instant, sustained, and substantial boost of energy. Bananas are recorded as the one fruit for leading athletes. One to two bananas per day is considered a moderate intake for most healthy people.

Bananas can help us overcome/prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions which is making them a must-add to our daily diet to keep it balanced and provide all the nutrients your body needs. A study suggested that eating bananas can help prevent wheezing in children with asthma. One reason for this is the antioxidant and potassium content of bananas. 

Cancer Prevention

A study suggested that lectin, a protein that is in bananas, can help prevent leukemia cells from growing. Lectin behaves like an antioxidant. Antioxidants help the body to remove free radicals (molecules). If there are many free radicals build up, cell damage may occur, potentially leading to cancer. Bananas help balance the stomach’s pH and enhance the mucus layer, relieving pain. The fiber contents ease the food to move faster through the intestine preventing reflux.
