How to Apply for the Internship Programme
Interested and eligible candidates are to pick their application form from the Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Health(Room 33) after paying the sum of N5,000(Five thousand Naira) to the following account;

After payment, applicants should submit the completed form to the same location before the application deadline.
