Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified and eligible candidates for the Kogi State University Kabba Recruitment 2023 to fill vacant positions for academic and non-academic staff. List of Current Job Vacancies in Kogi State University Kabba Recruitment

The following positions are currently available for applicants to fill;

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT: Candidates must possess at least Secondary School Certificate or National Technical Certificate, or equivalent with at least three (3) years post -qualification experience in relevant areas (Mechanical and Electrical) from a recognized institution. Candidates musthaveTrade Test I-III. Evidence of computer literacy is mandated. (Salary: CONTISS 3)

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER / ASSISTANT: Candidate must possess a good University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division from a recognized University plus an NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption.

• must have three (3) years post qualification experience in university as Administrative Officer (Head of Secret Registry, write memos among other administrative duties):
• Evidence of computer literacy is mandated.
• Salary: CONTISS 7/8)

CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARIES: Candidate must possess at least HND with at least credit in relevant Estate Management from a recognized Polytechnic plus at least three (3) years post-qualification experience.

SYSTEM ANALYST: Candidate must possess at least NDin Computer Science at Credit level from a recognized institution plus at least three (3) years post-qualification experience. Evidence of computer literacy is mandated. (Salary: CONTISS 😉

CLERICAL OFFICERS: Candidate must possess at least Secondary School Certificate with at least two (2) years post -qualification experience. Evidence of computer literacy is mandatory. Duties Receive mails, record outgoing mail, and other clerical duties. (Salary: CONTISS 3)

CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

The remuneration and other condition of service for all posts are as applicable in all Nigerian Universities, and as may be determined by the Governing Council of the Kogi State University, Kabba.

• Interested candidates are required to submit twenty copies (20) of their application letters and curriculum vitae in sealed envelope addressed to the Chairman, Committee on the Establishment of Kogi State University. Kabba not later than four weeks from the day of the advertisement and the post applied for must be clearly written at the top of the right-hand corner of the envelope.

23. Any other relevant information.

Please note that:

All referees should be asked to send their independent reports to the Chairman, The Implementation Committee of the Kogi State University. Kabba with full details of the applicant and the post applied for. All applications are to be submitted no later than 24th August 2023, and under confidential cover with the envelope marked for the position.
