Requirements for Ekiti State Polytechnic Recruitment 2023

If you are interested in any of the above vacancies, then you must meet the requirements for that position as listed below;

Requirements for Senior Lecturer (CONPCASS 07)

Candidate must possess a relevant Master Degree plus at least 12 years of teaching/research or industrial work experience and three (3) journals publications plus 3 conferences/seminars or a Doctorate Degree in a relevant discipline plus at least nine (9) years teaching/research or industrial work experience plus three (3) journal publications and Four (4) conference/seminar papers.

Requirements for Lecturer II (CONPCASS 04)

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division) in Elect/Elect plus at least two (2) Journal publications and at least 6 years of teaching/research or industrial work experience; or a Master’s Degree plus 3 years teaching/research or industrial work experience plus one journal paper or Doctorate Degree. Demonstrable ability to handle work and related computing needs with utmost dexterity and services directly without a need for Secretariat support is very key.

Requirements for Lecturer III (CONPCASS 03)

Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in a relevant discipline plus at least one (1) journal publication plus 2 Conference/Seminar papers plus at least 3 years of teaching/research or industrial work experience or a Master’s Degree plus at least one conference/seminar paper.

Requirements for Librarian II (CONPCASS O2)

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Library Science with NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate.

Requirements for Technologist I (CONPCASS 03)

Candidate must possess a Higher National Diploma (Minimum of Lower Division) in a relevant field from a recognised Institution plus at least 3 years post-qualification cognate experience with NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate.

Requirements for Higher Instructor (CONPCASS 02)

Candidate must possess Higher National Diploma (HND) at upper credit level in relevant skills/hands-on related qualification from a recognised Institution plus NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate.

Requirements for Non-Academic Positions in Ekiti State Polytechnic Recruitment 

Interested applicants for the non-academic staff positions should meet these requirements;

Laboratory Technician (CONTEDISS 07)

Holder of National Diploma (Minimum of Lower Credit) in Computer Science and Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology plus at least three years of cognate experience from a recognized Institution of higher learning.

Registry Department

Principal Assistant Registrar (CONTEDISS 13)

Holder of a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Arts or Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least 12 years cognate experience or a holder of Master Degree from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least 8 years cognate experience or Doctorate Degree with at least 4 years post-qualification cognate experience in a Tertiary Institution.

Assistant Registrar (CONTEDISS 11)

Holder of a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Arts or Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least six (6) years of cognate experience or a holder of Master Degree from a recognized Institution of higher learning plus at least Four (4) years cognate experience.

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Accountancy from a recognized University with NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate plus at least 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.

Holder of a University Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Division) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related disciplines with at least 10 years post-qualification cognate experience or a Master Degree in a relevant discipline with at least seven (7) years post-qualification cognate experience.

Health Centre – Medical Officer I (CONMESS 02)

Candidate must possess a minimum of M.B.B.S and must be registered with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria plus NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate.

Medical Laboratory Scientist. (CONHESS 08)

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Division) in Medical Laboratory Science, Registrable with the Institution of medical Laboratory Science. (IMLS), plus NYSC discharge certificate.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) – Programme/System Analyst I (CONTEDISS 09)

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND) (Minimum of Second-Class Division/Lower Credit) from a recognized Tertiary Institution in Computer Science or related discipline with NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate plus at least three (3) years post qualification, cognate experience with a certificate in web design.

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree/Higher National Diploma (HND) (Minimum of Second-Class Division/Lower Credit) from a recognized Tertiary Institution in Computer Science or related discipline with NYSC discharge/exemption with certificate in web design.

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Civil Engineering from a recognized University plus NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate with at least 9 years cognate experience. Membership of relevant professional bodies is mandatory or Master Degree in Civil Engineering with 6 years cognate experience.

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Civil Engineering from a recognized University plus NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate

Technical Officer (CONTEDISS 07)

Holder of National Diploma (Minimum of Lower Credit) in relevant discipline plus at least three years of cognate experience from a recognized Institution of higher learning.

Sport Unit – Sports Coach (CONTEDISS 08)

Candidate must possess a good Bachelor Degree (Minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Physical and Health Education from a recognized University with NYSC discharge/exemption Certificate.
