Borno State Scholarship 2023/2024 Application Portal, Requirements and How to Apply
Borno State Scholarship – The Borno state government hereby invites suitably qualified and eligible candidates to submit their application forms for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 scholarship sections. All students who are eligible and wish to apply for this scholarship are to do so through the Borno State Scholarship portal before the application deadline.

Borno State Scholarship Portal
The Borno State Scholarship board recently announced the application portal (scholarship.bo.gov.ng) for all eligible candidates for the state’s scholarship and all students in the state wishing to apply for this scholarship must visit the application portal to fill out and submit their application forms online.
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- All Borno State indigenes admitted into institutions of higher learning in Nigeria and have registered for their first year with the institutions are eligible to apply.
- Borno government is giving scholarships to students in tertiary institutions such as Universities, Law Schools, Polytechnic, and Colleges of Education.
Requirements for Borno Scholarship
All interested and eligible candidates should meet these requirements;
- Applicant must be an indigene of the state
- Applicant must be a fresh student in a Nigerian tertiary institution
- Applicant must have their acceptance fee and other documents to prove they are students of the school.

- Passport
- Primary School Certificate
- Admission Letter
- Jamb Result
- O’ Level certificate
- Indigene certificate(LGA identification letter)
- Guardian Details must include:
His/her name
His/her occupation
His/her phone number
His/her email
His/her passport
