The programme S-power also spelt spower by meany is a Kastina State government teachers recruitment initiative borrowed from the Nigerian Federal Government N-power initiative aimed at recruiting unemployed Nigerians to fill vacant positions in various fields especially the education sector.
Requirements for Spower Katsina State Recruitment
According to the Kastina State governor (Aminu Bello Masari), during his reception to World Bank officials, the s-power programme is targetted at recruiting 5,000 teachers with National Certificate in Education (NCE), to teach in primary schools in the state.

How to Apply for spower Katsina State Recruitment
As at the moment, the s-power recruitment form is available offline and online. The offline form is on sale within the various local government areas in the state for the sum of #150 while those who wish to apply online can do so by visiting https://spower-kt.org.ng/.
Since the s-power programme idea was borrowed from the national N-power concept, one might think that the state would also adopt the use of online portal for this exercise and the governor and other related recruitment agencies have done that by creating a portal for this purpose through the site still needs some phase lift but it is a welcome development for kastina indigence and a good improvement for this recruitment.

Salary Arrangement for S-power
Successful applicants for the s-power programme will be paid a monthly stipend of N5,000 and the programme is expected to last for 2 years.
