Requirements for Remote Sales and Advisory Centre (rsac)

All interested persons are to meet the following requirement to be eligible for this recruitment;

• A Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification in any relevant discipline.
• 0 – 2 years’ relevant work experience in FirstBank.
• Baseline knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
• Baseline knowledge of applicable policies, processes, and procedures.
• A baseline understanding of risk management practices.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and dependability.
• Intermediate use of basic technology tools.

Requirements for Head, trade services

Qualifications

• First Degree in any discipline preferably numerate, higher degrees/professional degrees
• Minimum experience 15-years relevant working experience in foreign operationsOther Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Trade Services products, mechanics and risks
• Detailed knowledge of Trade processing and operations etc…

Requirements for Head, e-products settlement

Qualifications

1st Degree in a numerate discipline

Experience
Minimum experience: 8 years, 3 of which must have been spent in e-Banking/Products

Requirements for e-product operations

Same as the above requirements.

Requirements for the Team lead, corporate budgets & performance management

Qualifications

• First Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s Degree/Professional certification in Accounting or Finance
  Experience
• Experience in MIS (Management Information System)
• Experience in Finance or Accounting
• Seven years’ industry experience and at least three years in an MIS, Finance or accounting position

Requirements for Head, Corporate Control

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: BSC/HND in any relevant discipline (Accounting, Economics and any other related field); ICAN/ACCA
• Master degree and other certifications in a related field will be an added advantageExperience
• Minimum experience – Twelve (12) years relevant working experience
