The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) is a Nigerian federal government agency charged with the responsibility of ensuring compliance with petroleum laws, regulations, and guidelines in the Oil and Gas Industry. The body got its current name “Department of Petroleum Resources” (DPR) in 1988 after the Petroleum Inspectorate was excised from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, and transferred to the Ministry of Petroleum Resources as the Technical arm and then renamed DPR.

There are various requirements that every intending applicant for a job is expected to meet and DPR recruitment has some basic requirements and these include;

• Applicants must be Nigerians by birth or Nationalization.

DPR conducts all her online activities through her official website https://www.dpr.gov.ng/. All recruitment conducted by DPR are listed on the same official website through the career section http://recruitment.dpr.gov.ng/ and mass recruitments are announced on National TV and daily newspaper publications within the country a few days before the recruitment commence.

How to Apply for Recruitment2024

Interested and qualified applicants for DPR recruitment are required to complete their application via their recruitment portal on or before a given deadline for application.
