Requirements for Softcom Recruitment 2021
Interested and eligible candidates for any of the above roles are to meet the requirements listed under their choosen role.
Requirements for Field Engineer
Applicants wishing to apply for this role are to meet these requirements;
- Applicant should hold HND or BSc
- Applicants should have past experience as a field sales engineer
- Applicants should have technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Applicants should have knowledge of banking and POS business.
- Applicants should have the ability to work independently and as a part of the team while in different locations.
- Willingness to use any means of transportation in visiting the location
- Experience in a client-facing role with a track record of top performance
- Computing knowledge and skills e.g Microsoft excel etc
- Excellent customer service
- Possess good presentation skills
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with customer records.

Requirements for Team Lead, Account Executives

- Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a B2B/B2C environment, financial services, technology, or FMCG.
- Applicants should have great Problem-Solving skills.
- Applicants should have the ability to Upsell and Cross-sell.
- Applicants should have the ability to follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- The ability to present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Experience compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Experience developing sales strategies and setting quotas.

- Resilience, a results-driven orientation, and great prospecting skills.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
Requirements for Graphic Designer
- Originality and Creativity
- Communication designs
- Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Photography (would be an advantage)

- Visual art

Requirements for Digital Sales/Analytics Manager – Softcom Recruitment 2021
- Applicants should have at least 7 years of working experience at an innovations company, in the digital field or technology industry
- Applicants should have a solid knowledge of analytics tools
- Applicants should have knowledge of the digital and technology space
- Applicants should have experience managing a team of Product Marketers, creative team, and Account Manager
- Experience working with marketing analytics, and CRM software (e.g. Intercom, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot)
- Further degree (MSc / MBA) in Information Technology, Management, Finance, and Sales-related field
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Applicants should have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to Cross-Sell/ Upsell
Requirements for Account Associate
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 1-3 Experience in a similar role in a similar capacity
