Bauchi State BESDA Recruitment Portal
The Bauchi State government publishes all her news and updates on recent activities in the state and its developments on her official website https://www.bauchistate.gov.ng/. However, the state unlike most states has no known recruitment portal but can sure attach one to the State’s official website like we have Kano, Ekiti, Cross River, and some other states.

When will Bauchi State Better Education Service Delivery for All Recruitment Start?
According to a publication on https://tribuneonlineng.com dated August 2nd, 2019, Bauchi State Governor(Bala Mohammed) was to get the sum of $3 million grant from Better Education Service Delivery for All(BESDA) in other to fight the menace of out of school children in the state. Unlike the Gombe State governor who on the 8th of August 2019 appointed Dr. Abdullahi Bappah Ahmed as the coordinator of BESDA in his state, the governor of Bauchi State Bala Mohammed directed the Secretary to the State Government (SSG)and the Permanent Secretary, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) to work with the BESDA team.
It will interest you to know that Bauchi State according to a publication dated November 22, 2018, on dailytrust has about 777,000 out of school children out of the 1.2 million school-age children in the state.

Why We Think Bauchi State BESDA Recruitment or Bauchi SUBEB Recruitment will Commence Soon
Unlike Kano State which recently employed 600 teachers for its BESDA program, Bauchi State is yet to conduct such recruitment between August when the grant was announced and now and based on the number of out of school children mentioned above, it is certain that the state will need more than its employed teachers to strike a balance between the school-age children and the thousands which are likely going to be enrolled inline with the BESDA initiative. This is why we strongly believe the state will call for teachers recruitment soon.
When Will the BESDA Recruitment Commence?
We are assuming that the state will conduct recruitment sometime in 2020 probably before the end of the first quarter since 2019 is almost running out.
Possible Requirements for SUBEB Recruitment

- NYSC Discharge certificate for HND/BSc graduates
