Rainoil Limited was incorporated in November 1994 and commenced business as a petroleum products marketing company in May 1997. It is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution, and Retail Sales. Their primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kerosene (DPK), and Jet Fuel (ATK).

HR / Admin Manager – Rainoil Logistics
Commercial Sales Executive
Station Manager

Requirements for HR / Admin Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or other related fields of study
MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage
Professional Certification is an added advantage
5+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in a logistics
A minimum of 2 years at managerial level or other HR Executive.
In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Perfect knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel & Word
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Requirements for Commercial Sales Executive

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or other related fields of study
2+ years work experience in commercial sales and good knowledge in finance, supply, and business operations services
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector
Excellent communication skills.

Requirements for Station Manager

Bachelor’s / HND Degree with a minimum of 2.2 or lower credit.
1 – 3 years experience in a related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
