- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program completed
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
- Young and energetic
- Ability to thrive in different working conditions.

- Must be open to relocation and willing to work in any part of Nigeria

Procurement Graduate Trainee
- Applicant should hold a first degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience
Human Resources Graduate Trainee
- First degree from a reputable institution.
- Additional qualification in Industrial Relations & Personal Management or Business Administration from a reputable institution is desirable.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade
- Applicant should have 1 – 2 years of work experience in Human Resources.
Safety (SHE) Graduate Trainee
- Applicant should hold a First degree in Engineering or Sciences from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- Applicant should have 1- 2 years work experience.
Sales Graduate Trainee
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- 1 -2 years of work experience.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively.
- The ability to speak one other major Nigerian language will be an added advantage.

MIS/IT Graduate Trainee
- Applicant should hold a first degree in Computer Science or Physics from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- Applicant should have 1 -2 years of work experience.
- IT certifications will be an added advantage
Caraway Graduate Trainee Sales
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- 1 -2 years of work experience.
- Willing to work in the field and travel extensively.
- Applicant should have the ability to speak one other major Nigerian language, which will be an added advantage.
Caraway Graduate Trainee Marketing
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of second-class upper grade.
- 1 – 3 years of work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proclivity toward Brand Management
- Certificates in Data Analytics / Statistics are an added advantage
