The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority conducts all her online activities through her official website https://nsia.com.ng and the same website houses the career section on which all recruitments are announced. Requirements for Chief Risk Officer

Interested candidates for this position should meet these requirements;

First degree in a related discipline from a reputable university.
Professional Membership e.g. Global Association of Risk Professionals, RIMAN Certified Risk Manager (CRM), or any other relevant risk management professional membership is desired.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience in risk oversight roles covering credit, counterparty, investment, market, liquidity, and operational and infrastructure risk with at least 5 years’ experience at a senior management level.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks.
Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Highly organized and extremely detailed orientation.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements for Procurement Officer

Interested in this role? Then meet these requirements;

Applicants should hold a first degree in related discipline from a reputable university.
Applicants should have a minimum of seven (7) years of cognate experience.
Experience in coordinating high-value complex multiple procurement programs related to infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Applicants should have relevant certifications e.g. Certified Purchasing Manager will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks.
Excellent negotiation and people management skills.
Excellent analysis skills.
Highly organized and extremely detailed orientation.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

Requirements for Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Interested applicants for this position should meet these requirements

A BSc and a master’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable discipline from a reputable institution.
You should have a minimum of ten (10) years of financial and operational management experience, including five (5) years of experience at the executive management level.
Experience in the aid/development and/or not-for-profit sector is essential.
Experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects from ground zero and drive the vision for the future of the Organisation.
Proven leadership, negotiating, and influencing skills.
Excellent relationship management and strategic networking skills to attract projects and partners by communicating a compelling and inspired sense of purpose.
Excellent project and operations management skills and experience.
Strong financial, operational, business acumen and commercial knowledge
Maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with different levels of authority, internally and externally.
Well-honed skills to persuade, and influence, as well as manage and sustain effective relationships locally and internationally.
High ethical standards and level of integrity.
