This is to notify the general public and all Nigerians, especially applicants of the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme(NJFP) has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the first batch of the work experience program. What is Nigeria Jubilee Follows Programme?

Launched 31st of August 2021, the Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a youth empowerment partnership initiative between the Federal Government of Nigeria and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme is designed to equip the next generation of young leaders who are poised to steer the course of national development by giving them the tools needed to succeed, today. Public and private sector stakeholders play a crucial role in this process as progress partners through which the long-term future of the nation is secured and immediate human capital needs are met.

After several months of waiting, applicants for the NJFP can now download and check their names in the list of shortlisted candidates which according to the organizers has about 20,000 names currently released including the locations.

The NJFP Selection Process

According to the Nigeria Jubilee Follows Programme organizers, a rigorous process was followed to come to the current 20,000 selected candidates as the program had 100s of thousands of applicants and about 89,000 candidates took the online assessment test.

The organizers ranked participants based on these 4 categories;

  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Experienced and
  • Proficient

In the end, the best-performing candidates from all 4 categories were selected to make the 20,000 shortlisted candidates.

How to Download Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme Full List of Shortlisted Candidates

All applicants who applied and took the test can now check their names online on the NJFP application portal here.

How to Check your Name on NJFP Shortlist

Method 1: Download the list of shortlisted candidates from the site above and screw down till you find your state then look through the whole names paying attention to the surnames to find yours.

Method 2: Download the list of shortlisted candidates from the site above then press F3 on your keyboard and a search space will appear. Enter your surname or another name on that search box and click enter; this will highlight every name on the list that contains a similar name and gives you the total number thereby making it easier for you to locate your name.
