Established in 2015, National Alliance for Poverty Eradication in Nigeria (NAPE) is a non-profit making group that is driven by Nigeria’s youth concern for economic growth, support for the industry, innovation and infrastructural development, food security, and eradication of hunger and poverty totally, this need has to do with the new Sustainable Development Goals, to be specific the SDGs 1 (No Poverty), 2 (Zero hunger), and 3 (industry, innovation, and infrastructure) which call for ending of economic recession, extreme poverty, hunger, rapid improvement in innovation by 2030 in the World.
Since the establishment of the alliance despite some financial and personnel shortages has contributed greatly to the eradication of poverty and hunger, economic development in Nigeria. NAPE learned that access to loans and guidance; helps in economic growth and development because the majority of people are from rural areas in the country and they lack those materials and services. We are an independent group, NAPE is member-founded, guided by its constitution (Bye-laws), member-owned, member-controlled, and a member-benefiting organization.

Types of Loans Offered by NAPE
The National Alliance For Poverty Eradication In Nigeria (NAPE) offers two basic types of loan and they are;
- Personal loan (Individual)
- Corporate loan (Business)

NAPE Personal Loan
This type of loan can apply to a wide range of situations. They are also a popular option for people looking to consolidate their debt. The minimum loan for personal/individual loans is N50,000 while the maximum loan is N200,000.
NAPE Business Loan
The NAPE business loan is a loan offered to corporate organizations registered with corporate affairs with bank accounts in order to support the business in boosting their productivity. The minimum loan offered to people under this category is N100,000 while the maximum loan is N500,000.
