Requirements for Kaduna State Primary Health Care Recruitment 2025/2026
Interested applicants for any of the above vacancies are to meet these requirements.
Community Health Officer
- Applicants should hold a minimum of HND/HD in community health from a recognized University/Health Training Institution.
- You should also be duly registered and licensed with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.
- Applicants should have an NYSC Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
- Having evidence of volunteer work with Kaduna State PHCDA will be an added advantage.
Nurse/Midwife
- The applicant must possess a minimum of RN or RM.
- You should also be duly registered and licensed with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
Environmental Health Officer
- Applicants must possess HND in Environmental Health Science from a recognized Health Training Institution.
- You should also be duly registered and licensed with the Environmental Health Officers Registration Board of Nigeria
Pharmacy Technician at Kaduna State Primary Health Care Recruitment 2025
- Applicants must have completed the prescribed 3 years training program at school of health technology
- You must also obtain the registration and license of the institution of the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria technician cadres.
Junior Community Health Extension Worker
- You must possess SSCE/WAEC or General Certificate in Education (ordinary level) with at least credits in 3 subjects obtained at one sitting or four subjects at two sittings
- You must have successfully completed the two-year training program in the School of Health Technology or other approved Health institutes.
- You must obtain the National Certificate for Junior Community Health Extension Worker.
- You should also be duly registered and licensed with Cthe ommunity Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria
Medical Record Technician (Health Information Management)
- You must possess a Diploma in Health Information Management from a recognized Health Training Institution.
- You should have an associate membership in the Association of Medical Records Technicians.
Medical Laboratory Technician
- You must have completed three years of training in a recognized Health Training Institution.
- You must be registered and licensed with the Medical Laboratory Technology Council of Nigeria for the technical cadre.
- You should have experience working with the Kaduna State PHCDA (optional)
Nutritionist
- You must possess HND in nutrition and dietetics
- You must be registered with the Nutrition Society of Nigeria.
