About Federal Medical Center Kaffi

The Federal Medical Centre Keffi,  Nasarawa State was established in July 2000, as a result of the takeover of the former General Hospital Keffi by the Nigeria Federal Government under President Olusegun Obasanjo.

The hospital was established with the aim to Emerge as a center of excellence in health care delivery sustained by dedication to duty, unity of purpose, and respect for humanity to be known for hospitality and high level of professional practices commensurate with the technological age in the delivery of health services. To establish a commendable workforce guided by selfless service in an interdisciplinary approach with the sole aim of promoting health for the social and physical needs of society.

Requirements for Federal Medical Center Kaffi Recruitment

Interested candidates for any of the above positions are to meet these requirements;

Dental Surgery Technician

• Applicants must have a Certificate of Dental Surgery/Health Technician
• You must have Evidence of Registration and
• License to practice.

Radiographer

• Applicant should hold B.Sc in Radiography (B.Rad) from a recognized university or other equivalent qualification.
• Candidate should be registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN);
• Candidate must be Post Intern or have NYSC discharge Certificates.

Requirements for Nursing Officer II at FMC Keffi Recruitment 2025

• Applicants should have a Certificate in Nursing and Midwifery;
• Applicant should be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria INMCN)

Having any of these is an added advantage

• Accident and Emergency Nursing;
• Intensive Care Nursing;
• Orthopedic Nursing;
• Cardiothoracic Nursing;
• Bums and Plastic Nursing and
• Dental Nursing.

Nursing Officer I

• Applicant should have B.Sc. in Nursing.
• Applicant should be a post Intern or should have an NYSC discharge certificate;
• Applicant should be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery, Council of Nigeria (NMCN);
• Having any of the extra certificates listed under Nursing II above is an advantage.

Registrar

Registers are needed in the following fields;

• Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine
• Family Dentistry
• Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• Pediatrics
• Orthopedics
• Surgery
• RadIology

Requirements for Registrar in FMC Keffi Recruitment 2025

• Applicant should possess MBBS degree or BDS in the case of Family Dentistry or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Applicant should have NYSC discharge certificate
• Candidate must have passed the Primary examination of the National Postgraduate
• Medical College of Nigeria or it’s equivalent in any of the respective specialties
• Candidates must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and have Licence to practice.

Requirements for Senior Registrar Family Dentistry in FMC Keffi Recruitment 2025

• Applicant should possess a BDS degree or it’s equivalent from recognized institution.
• Candidate must have Passed Part I Fellowship examination of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in the specialty of Family Dentistry; and
• Candidate must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and have a Licence to practice.

Consultant

Consultants are needed in the following areas;

• Cardiothoracic Surgery
• NeuroSurgery
• Pediatric Surgery
• Gastroenterology
• Chemical Pathology
• Anesthesia
• Restorative Dentistry
• Orthodontic Dentistry
• Orthopedic Surgery

Requirements for Consultants

• Applicant should possess MBBS/BDS degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Candidate must have passed part 1 fellowship of the National postgraduate
  Medical College of Nigeria or it’s equivalent in the respective specialties
• Candidate must be registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Licence to practice.

How to Apply for FMC Keffi Recruitment 2025

Interested and qualified candidates should complete their application which must be submitted in fifteen (15) loose spiral-bound, in sealed envelopes marked with the position applied for inscribed at the top left-hand corner of the envelope together with these documents;

1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Entry Qualification Certificates (First Degree) from accredited schools/Universities;
3. Certificate of full Registration with appropriate Council/Board;
4. Current Practicing License
5. Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
6. Primary School Leaving Certificate
7. Secondary School Certificate
8. Certificate of Local Government Area of origin;
9. Letter of Reference from three (3) Referee
