Federal Government of Nigeria Education Bursary Award 2024 Application Portal – www.education.gov.ng
Interested and eligible Nigerian students studying education-related courses in universities and colleges of education are hereby invited to submit their application forms for the 2024 Federal Government of Nigeria Education Bursary Award. All eligible students who meet the below requirements are to apply online for a chance to earn N75,000 or N50,000 per semester.

About Nigeria Education Bursary Award
The Federal Government of Nigeria Education Bursary Award program is an initiative of the president Buhari-led administration announced on 5th October 2021 during the commemoration of World Teachers Day in Abuja.
The aim of the initiative is to increase the interest of young Nigerians in the education field and to produce better educators in the country so as to improve the teaching-learning process and have more teachers in classrooms in the future.

Benefits
Successful candidates for the bursary award will receive N75,000 stipend per semester, while those undergoing the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) will get N50,000 per semester.
Eligibility Criteria
Interested students who are undergoing degree programs in Education in public universities and colleges of education and wish to apply for this award are to meet the following requirements;
- Applicant must be studying Education in Nigerian College of Education or University
- Applicants must be a full-time student
- Applicant must have a letter of admission and current school identity card
- All applicants including physically challenged students must be in their first year or above
- A beneficiary of any scholarship is not eligible

Interested and eligible candidates for this bursary award are to submit their application form online via the bursary application portal at https://education.gov.ng or http://fsbn.com.ng/scholarships before the application deadline stated below
Note: Eligible candidates are advised to submit only one entry as multiple entries will disqualify the applicants
Application Closing Date
The deadline to apply for this bursary award is 21st October 2022.
