The ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second Class Upper Division (2.1) in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Petroleum, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial & Production, Subsea, Material & Metallurgical
  • A maximum of three (3) continuous years of relevant industry experience. Recent graduates with no previous experience can apply

  • Minimum of 5 continuous years of drilling, completion, and cognate operations experience. Advanced technical skills in Wells Engineering including directional drilling, borehole management, casing and tubing design, cementing, abnormal pressure detection, bit selection, drilling and completion fluids, sand control techniques, well intervention, etc.
  • Well-rounded knowledge and exposure to completion and workover activities and ability to work in and develop all phases of the operations; from well design and planning to execution.
  • Excellent computer skills – familiarity with relevant drilling and completion engineering software and applications.
  • Good understanding of basic safety practices in oil and gas offshore operations.
