Requirements for Chemonics Recruitment 2019
To be eligible for any of the above career opportunities, you must meet the requirements for your desired position. See requirements below;
Requirements for Technical specialist
All candidates who wish to apply for this position are required to meet the following requirements;
- Candidate should hold a BSc in education, social science, international development, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degree in education or relevant discipline preferred.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience from a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate
- Candidate should have experience working with DFID or other donor-funded education projects.

Requirements for Senior operational and finance manager
- All candidates should hold BSc or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or any related discipline with ACA, ACCA, CPA, or other recognized professional accounting certification preferred.
- Eight years and above experience in administration, financial management of large complex donor-funded international development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop budget and report
Requirements for Senior Monitoring and evaluation lead
- BSc in social science or international development and evaluation research, statistics, or a related discipline. Having a master’s degree is preferred
- Seven years or more experience in designing and implementing M&E activities for large education or similar programs in developing countries, with at least one program with more than 1 million beneficiaries
