Available Positions in Federal Fire Service Recruitment 2024
The available positions in FFS Recruitment 2024 are grouped into three different categories and each category has sub-positions.
CATEGORY A: INSPECTORATE CADRE
CATEGORY B: ASSISTANT CADRE

Requirements for Inspector Of Fire (IF) CONPASS 07 (Nursing)
- Applicants must be Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Midwives (RM), Registered Nurses/Midwives (RNIM) obtained from recognized institutions
Requirements for Assistant Inspector Of Fire (AIF), CONPASS 06
- Applicants must be holders of NCE or National Diploma (ND) in any related field, obtained from any recognized Polytechnic/Institution.
Requirements for Fire Assistant II (FA II) CONPASS 04
- Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary Level, SSCE/NECO, or other equivalents with a maximum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings, which should include English and Mathematics.
Requirements for Fire Assistant III (FAIII), Appliance Driver (Specialist), CONPASS 03
- Applicants must be holders of GCE Ordinary level, SSCE/NECO, or their equivalents with a minimum of five (5) credits in not more than two sittings which should include at least English and Mathematics. Applicants with Class E Driver’ Licenses is an added advantage

Requirements for Federal Fire ServiceRecruitment 2024
All interested and qualified applicants are to meet the following requirements
- Applicants must be Nigerians by birth.
- Applicants must possess the requisite qualifications and
certificates. Any certificate or qualification not presented
and accepted at the recruitment center shall not be
accepted after the recruitment. - Applicants must be of good character and must not have
been convicted of any criminal offenses. - Applicants must be fit and present certificates of medical
fitness from government-recognized hospitals. - Applicants must not be drug addicts or members of any
secret society or cult. - Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30 years;
- Applicant’s height must not be less than 1.65m for male
and 1.60m for females. - Applicants must not be financially embarrassed.
- Applicants’ chest measurements must not be less than 0.87 for men.
- Computer literacy will be of added advantage.
How to Apply for Federal Fire Service Recruitment 2024/2025
Interested and qualified candidates are to complete their application online via the FFS recruitment portal. The portals for application are www.cdfipb.careers
All applicants are required to print their reference letters after the application complete them accordingly and take such to their screening center.
Note: multiple application is not allowed and will lead to disqualification of all applications.
