Requirements for Management Trainee

Interested candidates for the position of a management trainee are to meet the following requirements;

• You should have 2-4 years post-NYSC experience in a commercial role (Eg: Sales, Marketing, Product/Project Management).
• You should have a BSc. Having a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing is a strong advantage
• You should be self-driven and have high learning agility.
• You should be between 25 to 35 years.

Requirements for Graduate Trainee 

• You should have less than 1-year of post-NYSC experience in Information Technology or Commercial role.
• You should have a BSc in any field.
• You must not be more than 25 years old.
