Requirements for Home Appliance Technician

Core Responsibilities

Installation and troubleshooting of home appliances which include Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Chest Freezers, Vacuum Cleaners, M/W ovens, etc.
Record keeping, bill preparation, repair estimates, and inventory control.
Guiding customers on the appropriate use of appliances.

Required Experience / Qualifications

A minimum qualification of an SSCE.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Must possess experience in connecting water/gas lines and how to troubleshooting leakages.
Must be able to dismantle and reassemble appliances in the process of diagnosing technical faults.
Must possess the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet daily job/productivity targets.
Must possess good communication skills.

Requirements for Audio Visual Technician

Core Responsibilities

Sound knowledge on AV repairs and installation of televisions, LCD, LED, DVD, home theatres, sound bars, mini speakers, electric fans, and microwaves
Provide excellent service to meet customer expectations.

Required Experience / Qualifications

OND / HND / SSCE / Trade Test Certificate in any Technical field of study.
Minimum of 3 years experience in technical service or equipment maintenance

Requirements for Accounting Assistant

Core Responsibilities

To process sales transactions
To collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
To issue receipts to customers
To reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
To maintain transaction records and prepare reports of the transaction report
To process returns and exchanges in line with policy
To maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
To stay up to date on promotions, advertisements, and product information
To maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
Other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

Qualification to Degree level, a Higher Degree or Professional qualification.
3 years of cognate experience
Very good oral and written communication
Deep attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Good mathematical and computing skills

Requirements for Service Centre Supervisor

Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
6 – 8 years of Technical Service/Maintenance experience in a Sales driven organization
The ideal candidate must have good analytical skills and possess good technical service, supervisory, customer handling & interpersonal skills.
In addition, he/she must be trustworthy and accountable.
Good knowledge of a recognized ERP package
Ability to think outside box
Leadership skill
Attention to details
Communication skill
Customer relationship management.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite-Excel, word & PowerPoint.
33-40 years old.

Requirements for Female Store Officer

Core Responsibilities Include:

Liaise with the branch manager to raise requisition for the stock from the warehouse.
On receipt of stock, physical confirmation of the stock to tally with central warehouse waybill and lto (location transfer out).
Register goods received into goods receipt register indicating w/bill & lto numbers.
Register stock supplied to customers into the stock issue out register.
Daily manual update of bin cards for all stock movements in/out.
Reconcile monthly central warehouse confirmation with goods receipt register.
Daily/weekly/ monthly stock count and reconciliation.
Keep and update register upon receipt of repaired items (for faulty items sent to the service center for repairs)
Maintenance of the following manual registers – (goods returned to cwh with lto and it recorded & interbranch supply)

Required Experience / Qualifications

B.Sc / HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any other related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
