Requirements for Software Developer
- Minimum of 3 -5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of preferred coding languages: C#, Angular, Scala, HTML, JavaScript, Python.
- Solution conceptualization, creativity, and innovation.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge in software designing, web development, design patterns, web applications, business analysis, agile methodologies, web services, software integration, project management, design patterns, and programming.
- Ability to work in a team and work independently when needed.
- Practical experience developing solutions that leverage Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence will be an added advantage.
- Ability to lead small teams to deliver project objectives.
Requirements for Security and Business Resilience Administrative Assistant
Required Skills and Competencies include:

- Has strong multitasking, attention to details and organizational skills.

Educational and Experience requirement
- First Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division.
- Professional certification in Security Management will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1-year of experience in the Health and Safety field will be an added advantage.
Requirements for Senior Associate – Assurance
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Must be working or have worked in a consulting/Audit firm – with 4 – 5 years professional experience in external audit of organizations in the Energy, Utilities & Mining sector
- Have deep technical knowledge and understanding of the application of relevant International Financial Reporting Standards
- Demonstrate an understanding of regulatory pronouncements that are applicable to Energy, Utilities & Mining companies
- Focused and initiative driven (required to maximize growth potential)
- A passion for delivering an exceptional client service
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Effective communication skills when working at all levels
- Possess the ability and maturity to resolve conflicts on engagements
- A demonstrated ability to take responsibility, work autonomously and use initiative, especially when working to tight deadlines
- Ability to perform and deliver on multiple commitments concurrently with ease and professionalism.
