What is Project T-Max
Project T-Max is an initiative of the Nigerian Federal government designed to equip Nigerians with Technical and Vocational skills while maximizing existing private and public TVET centers and resources across the country.
The project was approved by the National Steering Committee on National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy (NPRGS) and implemented by the Industrial Training Fund as one of the core interventions to achieve the Federal Government’s goal of lifting 100 million Nigerians out of poverty by 2030.
The project is aimed at covering the 36 states of the federation but seven(7) states are selected in the pilot phase of the project with the aim of equipping 15,000 individuals with skills across the 7 selected States; Lagos, Ogun, Edo, Enugu, Kaduna, Nasarawa & Gombe, from August till December 2022.

Eligibility
- Applicants should be between the ages of 18-35
- Must be Resident in the State
- You must be available to attend the full course of the Programme
- You must be able to read and write in English
Benefits of the Program
- All successful participants will be issued Certificates of Proficiency
- A selected number of successful participants will be placed in 3-month internships with private and public sector organizations.
- Starter packs will be given to participants who fulfill the necessary requirements – as we have limited numbers.

Eligibility Criteria for Internship Placements and Starter Packs
- Participants should have at least 90% of attendance
- Active class participation
- Compliance with Class Rules and Regulations
- Performance in class assessments and projects
- Successful completion of final assessments.

Closing Date for Project T-Max Registration
The deadline for the pilot phase is stated on the portal. However, other registrations are expected to continue as will be announced on the portal.
