Nigerian Air Force Recruitment: The Nigerian Air Force(NAF) invites applications from suitably qualified and eligible Nigerians to submit their application forms for the Nigerian Airforce Recruitment 2023. Application opens on 30th October 2023 and all eligible candidates are expected to apply before the closing date(11th December 2023). See details below.

NAF Recruitment 2023 Vacancies and Requirements

The following vacancies are advertised for the 2023 NAF 44 BMTC Trade and Non-Trade Men/Women Recruitment Exercise;

General Requirements for Nigerian AirForce Recruitment

  1. You must be Nigerian citizens by birth.
  2. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years (Applicants born before 26 October 2002 are not eligible) for non-tradesmen/women, 18 and 25 years of age (Applicants born before 26 October 1999 are not eligible) for tradesmen/women. Those applying for Chaplains Assistant/Assistant Imams and Driver/Mechanic must be between 18 and 28 years of age (Applicants born before 26 October 1996 are not eligible).
  3. You must be single.
  4. Minimum height is 1.66m or 5.4ft for males and 1.63m or 5.3ft for females.
  5. Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit and must meet the Nigerian Air Force medical and employment standards.
  6. Applicants’ Local Government Area Attestation Form must be signed by a military officer from the same State as the applicants and not below the rank of Wing Commander in the Nigerian Air Force or equivalent in the Nigerian Army and Nigerian Navy or a Police Officer of the rank of Assistant Commissioner and above, or Local Government Chairmen/Secretaries, Magistrates and Principals of Secondary Schools attended by applicants’ can also sign the Attestation Form. The Local Government Area Attestation Form must be accompanied by the passport photograph and photocopy of the signees’ driver’s Licence or National ID Card or International Passport. The signee is also to authenticate behind the applicant’s passport photograph.
  7. Successful applicants are required to submit their original credentials for scrutiny at the Selection Board Interview Exercise. The credentials include the following:
    1. Two recent passport-size photographs are to be stamped and countersigned by the officer of the appropriate rank as specified in Paragraph 6.
    2. Original and Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
    3. Original and Photocopy of Educational/Trade Certificates.
    4. Original and Photocopy of Indigeneship certificate from applicant’s Local Government/State of Origin.
    5. Original and Photocopy of Attestation to Good Character signed by Officer of appropriate rank as specified in paragraph 6.
