Requirements for Reservations Manager
- High school diploma or GED; no work experience required or
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major;
- 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

- BA/BSc/HND
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
Requirements for Executive Chef I
- High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area or
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
- Providing information to executive teams, managers and supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Requirements for Massage Therapist / Esthetician
Responsibility
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language. - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; grasp, turn and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. - Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
