Requirements

Interested candidates are to meet these requirements;

Department Head Requirements

• A master’s degree and bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class.
• Either of the master’s degree or bachelor’s degree must be in a core ICT-related discipline (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, information technology, information systems, software engineering etc.).
• Minimum of seven (7) years post-qualification cognate experience in project management, software development, management of IT infrastructure, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with development environments and tools.
• Competent and proficient understanding of business solutions, such as Document Management, CRMs, Business Web Technology, etc.
• Relevant professional qualifications, and the presentation of a verifiable portfolio of relevant projects, will be an added advantage.

Requirements for Unit head – Admin

• A bachelor’s degree in any business and management-related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, or 7 years experience in a similar role in addition to a master’s degree in any business and management-related discipline.
• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, CRM, SharePoint, and other collaborative tools
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• An MBA or other relevant qualifications is an added advantage.

Requirements for Unit head – Finance

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance or any other related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, or 7 years’ experience in a similar role in addition to a master’s degree in accounting, finance, or any other related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• An MBA or other relevant qualification is an added advantage

Requirements for Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

• A bachelor’s degree in any social science-related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a similar role.
• Up to 7 years of working experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage. Similarly, a master’s degree and up to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage.
• Experience in data collection, collation, analysis, and report writing.
• Have excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programming (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Willingness to travel.

Requirements for Customer Service Officer

• A bachelor’s degree in any social science-related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a customer support role.
• Up to 7 years of working experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage. Similarly, a master’s degree in a related discipline and up to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Requirements for Information and data management officer

• A bachelor’s degree in a core ICT-related discipline (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, information technology, information systems, software engineering etc.).
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in information technology and data management.
• Up to 7 years of working experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage. Similarly, a master’s degree in a related discipline and up to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role will be considered and an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions.
• Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc).
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in database management.
• Data analytics, data visualization, and programming skills are added advantages.
