Requirements for INTECH Process Automation Recruitment

Interested candidates for any of the above-listed vacancies should meet the requirements stated against their chosen position below;

Requirements for Automation Engineer

• Applicant should hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in engineering or in related field
• Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Industrial Automation & Controls Allen Bradley PLC (Yokogawa & Foxboro System will be an advantage)
• Hands-on Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills

Requirements for Electrical Engineer (Soft Start & Variable Speed Drive Units)

• Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of MV / LV Soft Starters, and Variable Speed Drive Units.
• Must have knowledge of Soft Starters, and Variable Speed Drive Units ( Rockwell & VECON ).
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Electrical Engineer (UPS & Battery Charger Units)

• You should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of UPS Units, and Battery Chargers and Rectifiers.
• Applicant must have knowledge of UPS Units ( Cyberex / CHLORIDE )
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Protective Relays, Potential & Current Transformers Specialist

• Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, and certification services of Relays and Current Transformer / Potential Transformer
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Sr. Engineer HVAC

• Technical Certifications, 10+ years experience in the gas and oil industry, minimum 5 years in a senior position, CSU experience essential.
• Good technical communication skills.
• Ability to interact with members of projects, contractors, and the Company’s asset teams.
• Capable of giving direction and guidance on CSU planning & reporting.
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, facility integrity, and Process Safety.
• Good understanding of commissioning, and startup.

Requirements for Steam & Critical Power Generators Specialist

• A Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, overhaul, repair, tuning, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of Steam & Critical Power Generators
• Must have knowledge of GE turbine Generators and MUSTANG/CATERPILLAR Critical Power Generators
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Switch Boards And Motor Control Centres Specialist

• A Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of MV / LV switchboards, and MCCs, along with MV Motors.
• Must have knowledge of SwitchBoards and MCCs ( POWELL & Rockwell ) and MV Motors ( GE, SIEMENS)
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Transformers Specialist at INTECH Process Automation Recruitment

• A Bachelors in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control System Engineering.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in the Installation, troubleshooting, repair, modification, configuration/setting change, testing, commissioning, and startup of MV, LV Transformers
• Must have knowledge of PROLEC Transformers
• Good interpersonal skills and exposure/experience to Offshore platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on short-term (2 weeks) – medium-term (6 months) commissioning/services

Requirements for Engineering Manager – ICSS

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in the engineering field and professional experience of 15+ years minimum
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international projects & engineering of Instrument & Control Systems in a similar role
• Working experience in TOTAL projects preferred.

Skills/Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Excellent leadership skills. A proactive approach is required throughout the project.
• Good communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Decision-making quality based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of project planning, process optimization, and information management systems. Excellent grip on project schedule, expediting measures are required

Requirements for Project Manager – ICSS

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in the engineering field and professional experience of 15+ years minimum
• Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience in international projects & engineering of Instrument & Control Systems
• Working experience in TOTAL projects preferred.

Skills/Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written English
