Interested and eligible candidates are hereby invited to apply for a fully-funded scholarship at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar. The scholarship opportunity is open to people in all countries including Africa and applicants do not need to have IELTS to apply for this scholarship provided they are from an English-speaking country.

Financial Coverage under the Hamad Bin Khalifa Scholarship
Since this scholarship is a fully-funded scholarship, the following funding opportunities are available to you as soon you have been admitted to the Program.
- QAR 5000 Stipend/ Month (BS)
- QAR 5000 Stipend/ Month (MS)
- QAR 7500 Stipend/ Month (PhD)
- Accommodation
- Return Ticket/Year
- Tuition Fee Covered
- Family Accommodation is Provided to Married Students.
Eligibility Criteria for Hamad Bin Khalifa Scholarship
Interested candidates are to meet these criteria to be eligible for this scholarship
- The applicant should be an International student or a resident of Qatar.
- Applicant must have completed Secondary School for a bachelor’s Degree, have a BSc degree for Masters’s Degree Programs, and an MS degree for the Ph.D. program.
- IELTS or TOEFL or GRE.
Further Requirement is available under each Section of the Program.
Exception for IELTS TOEFL: If you completed your studies at an institution in a country where English is the native language.
Applicants who finished from institutions in English-speaking countries are to provide an official letter from the university where they completed their undergraduate studies confirming that they obtained their degree from an institution where the medium of instruction is in English.

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is 1st February 2025 (For International applicants), and 15th March 2025 (For Qatar Locals).
