Requirements for I.T Graduate Trainee at FCMB
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Degree Computer science or IT-related field (Systems engineering, Computer engineering, Computer Science, etc.) from a reputable educational institution.
- Applicants should have 0–1 year of experience in desktop and user management for service support.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong technical and practical IT skills.
- Applicants should be familiar with hardware support, application installation, and vendor management.
- Professional certification is an added advantage, like Microsoft-related courses.
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.

Requirements for Personal Assistant to the C.E.O
- Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or HND with a Social science background and an interest in national and global issues.
- Applicants should have 3–4 years of proven work experience as a personal assistant.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme.

Requirements for Credit Analyst
- Applicants should hold a degree in Economics, Business, or Finance related fields, a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should have 3-4 years of experience in Credit Analysis and financial statement analysis (experience in asset management would be an advantage).
- Good knowledge of the CBN’s monetary policies as well as other macroeconomic policies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
