Anambra State Government Aviation Scholarship 2024
The Anambra State Aviation scholarship is an initiative of the Anambra State Government to train and empower more young indigence of Anambra State to take up positions in the aviation industry through a standard training process within the country. The scholarship is powered through a special grant from His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano, the Executive Governor of Anambra State, and inspired by the Girls Can Fly Initiative of an NGO. The scholarship will equip the participants(Male and Female) with the right knowledge and prepare them for recruitment into the country’s aviation industry.

Courses Available in Aviation Scholarship Application
Applicants who seek to apply for the Anambra State Government scholarship in aviation will have to select from any of the following courses;
- Standard Pilot Training Programme at International Aviation College, Ilorin
- Avionics at the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, (NCAT), Zaria
- Airframe and Power Plant at the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, (NCAT), Zaria
Requirements for Aviation Scholarship 2024
Interested applicants are to meet the following requirements;
- You must be an indigene of Anambra State
- You must be between 21 to 27 years old
- You should have a minimum of first degree in a science-related field or its equivalent
- You must be medically fit, certified by a recognized hospital, and have active insurance by the Anambra State Health Insurance Agency (ASHIA)
- You must be crime-free and have no history of crime.

Documents Needed for Application
- A formal application letter
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Statement of Purpose in not more than a page.
- Photocopy of academic credentials
- Photocopy of valid ID Card(National ID, International Passport or Drivers license)
- Proof of Local Government Area of Origin
- Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age
- Evidence of medical fitness from a recognized hospital
- Evidence of enrollment in the Anambra State Health Insurance Scheme
