Position: Business Development Manager

As an outsourcing business development firm, the BDE is officer responsible for the client’s direct satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager

Ø Involve with scouting and recruitment of staff.

Ø Work with and other stuff to develop concepts and map out
Implantation strategy. Generate new business and increase awareness of client business.

Ø Prospect, involve in presentations and training.

Ø Manage Clients and meet or exceed targets relating
to client’s revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and
services sales, client retention,x and client acquisition.

Ø Provide regular feedback to senior management about
marketplace and competitor activity

Ø Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the
acquisition of clients, opportunities, and submission of tender
and contract documents.

Ø Manage order levels, maintaining the Inspire lifeline database

Ø Undertake regular project reviews for clients to assess concepts progress.

Ø Develop effective working relationships with clients
through regular meetings and identify and obtain further business
Ø Development opportunities. Soliciting for more clients

Ø Apply Companywide project management standards
in preparing contracts, responding to clients’ needs
and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to
client sign off.
